The Administration/Human Resource Department

Our Role

The Administration/Human Resource Department is responsible for the Management of all Administration and Human Resource Management activities of the Project.  These activities are conducted in accordance with the Privatisation Unit Staff Guidelines and the Financial Management Manual.

The department’s overall objective is to ensure an orderly and efficient delivery of services.

Our Structure

The Administration Department is set up with a Senior Administration Officer and an Administration Officer.  Each member of the team has diverse skills that build the competence and capabilities of the department, enabling them to serve efficiently and effectively.
